Wokingham Pride

Wokingham Pride is continually growing and would love to host stall from charities and community groups who support the LGBTQ+ community, and provide a service within Wokingham Borough or surrounding areas.

By booking a stall at this year’s Pride marketplace, you are also receiving an excellent opportunity for a colleague of your choice to participate in a short LGBTQIA+ online training session to learn all about LGBTQIA+ language, terminology and community. The training will take place on Friday 5th June or Tuesday 9th June, 9:30-11:30am and will give your colleague the chance to be prepared for Wokingham Pride or to feel ready to engage with any LGBT+ clients in their day-to-day work. 

 

This is included free in the cost of your marketplace booking. Marketplace booking costs are:

• £25 for charities/non-profits

• £30 for businesses 

• £50 for food/drinks vendors

 

We accept bookings from a variety of types of businesses and organisations, and are particularly looking for charities who provide services to the LGBT+ community and local or independent businesses. Fundraising is welcome via sales of crafts and merch alongside promotion of your services, but please note we are not accepting bookings from charities or organisations who are raising money via direct debits/sign ups.
